Jonathan paid people to attack me-OBJ
Former President, Olusegun Obasanjo has reportedly said that ex President, Goodluck Jonathan paid people to attack him over his autobiography, My Watch. Obasanjo was severely critical of Jonathan and other persons in the controversial book. According to The Cable, the former President made the allegations during an interview with Kunle Kasumu, host of Channels Book Club on Channels TV.

Oronsaye gets bail on self-recongnition
A Federal High Court on Tuesday granted bail to a former Head of Service of the Federation, Mr. Stephen Oronsaye on self-recognition.
But the trial judge, Justice Gabriel Kolawole, granted bail to Oronsaye’s co-accused, Osarenkhoe Afe, in the sum of N50m with two sureties, one of whom must not be less than Grade Level 16 in either federal or state government establishments.

Jonathan's CSO must not die in DSS detention,Fayose Blows Hot
Ekiti Gov,Ayo Fayose,has warned that Gordon Obua, former Chief Security Officer to ex president, Goodluck Jonathan- must not die in the detention of the Department State Services.
He reportedly collapsed and was rushed to an undisclosed hospital on Monday, July 20.
Reacting to the matter, Fayose said it was unlawful for the CSO to have been dumped in detention since July 16 without any court order.
EFCC concludes plans to probe Jonathan's Ministers and Aides
THE Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has concluded plans to commence the probe of the former President Goodluck Jonathan with investigations into the financial transactions of his ministers and aides.

The Punch reports that the Chairman of the commission, Mr. Ibrahim Lamorde, had already directed that all petitions against former public officers at the federal level should be forwarded to him to be acted upon.
Findings showed that former ministers, special advisers, heads of parastatals and those of other Federal Government agencies would be invited for interrogation by the EFCC in few weeks from now.
Punch correspondents learnt that the anti-graft agency would focus on those whose establishments attracted huge allocations from the Federal Government when Jonathan was in power.
Such ministries and agencies, it was learnt, included defence, petroleum resources and power.
Three top sources in the anti-graft agency confided in one of Punch correspondents that Lamorde was “determined to expose any corrupt act during the administration of the former President.”
One of the sources, explained in confidence that anti-graft operatives had yet to arrest any of the former ministers, special advisers and heads of agencies who served under the former President as alleged last week.
The source said, “I am not aware of anybody who has been summoned or interrogated by the commission. Those to be interrogated would be determined by the gravity of the allegations against them as contained in the petitions.
Buhari treating PDP as "prisoners of war"-Olisa Metuh
PDP, has accused the All Progressives Congress, APC-led Federal Government of treating its members as prisoners of war. Spokesman of the party, Olisa Metuh, on Tuesday said, “We are being treated as if we are prisoners of war. We are being treated as if we are refugees. We are not afraid, we have faith in our strength and unity; faith in the peace, unity and progress of Nigeria.
