Nigerian couple arraigned in US for enslaving nanny, withholding documents
A Nigerian couple resident in Katy, Texas, has been arraigned before U.S Attorney, Kenneth Magidson, for maltreating their live-in nanny and making her a slave. This follows the filing of a criminal complaint alleging, ‘withholding of documents, visa fraud, forced labor and conspiracy to harbor an illegal alien.’

EFCC docks Gombe Cooperative boss, fake NDDC contractors
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Tuesday arraigned the General Manager, Gombe State Cooperative Savings and Loan Limited, Sani Musa, before Justice M. G. Umar of the Federal High Court Gombe, Gombe State, on a three-count charge bordering on obtaining by false pretence and issuance of dud cheque.
