Vogue Italia has revealed their list for the 10 best dressed Nigerian men, with some Nigerians making a surprise appearance on it. The editorial was shot by Nigerian-American photographer, Ike Ude. It reads in part: “Jim Iyke was especially astounding—he embodied swagger, charming mischief, an ineffable libertine air and such winning rakishness.

Former Senate President, David Mark and ex-president of National Association of Nigerian Students, NANS, Comrade Dan Onyirofie Onjeh will lock political horns today, Saturday, in Benue South senatorial district rerun election.
While Mark is flying the flag of the former ruling party, PDP, Onjeh is representing the ruling APC. The election will take place in nine local governments that make up the zone: Ado, Agatu, Apa, Oju, Obi, Okpokwu, Ogbadibo, Ohimini.

The minister was reported to have collapsed when he appeared before the Senate for budget defence. However, his Personal Assistant, Nwachukwu Ngige, stated that his principal was not in the country as at when the report broke out.

Lagos state Government seals fish depot changing the expiry dates of N700m worth of frozen fishes
A fish depot belonging to Haano Industries Limited/Premier Fish Product Limited on Oba Akran Road, Ikeja, Lagos, was yesterday sealed by the Lagos State Ministry of Health, for warehousing expired fish to members of the public.
The depot was said to have housed over N700m worth of fish suspected to have been expired. Lagos state ministry officials from Health Ministry were led by Mr Kuforiji Adebayo, who said: “What we have established here is a deceit and fraudulent activities.
We have found that the company is revalidating the expiry of its products.” According to Police Public Relations Officer, Dolapo Badmus, “They got a tip off two weeks ago that the depot was changing the expiry dates of its products.
This was confirmed by a lot of the stickers found in the lobby. Our source within the company indicated that the revalidation of the expiry date was done in the lobby of the cold room and corridor, and that is why the place was littered with expired and new stickers

Some Senators have called for the suspension of Senator Kabiru Marafa over the interview he granted to the Punch Newspapers on 7th February, 2016 which many of them have considered as an affront on the integrity of the Senate. Majority of the lawmakers, yesterday said his various comments during the interview were aimed at humiliating the Senate under Saraki. The matter has now been referred to the Committee on Ethics, Privileges and Public Petition.
