MTN Hires Olanipekun, 6 SANs To Handle Suit Against FG
Telecommunication company, MTN, has hired Chief Wole Olanipekun (SAN), A.B. Mahmoud and five other senior advocates to handle its suit against the federal government and the Nigeria Communications Commission (NCC) before the Federal High Court in Lagos, challenging the propriety of the $3.9billion fine imposed on it by the NCC.

Minister orders probe of Aero Airline’s use of ladder in evacuating passengers
The Minister of State for Aviation, Senator Hadi Sirika has ordered an immediate probe into the use of a ladder by Aero Contractors Airlines in evacuating passengers from its aircraft at the conclusion of a chartered flight from Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, NAIA, Abuja, to Bauchi,on Saturday.
