POLICE RECOVERED ILLEGAL WEAPON FROM LAWYER, SUSPECTS ARRESTED (DELTA STATE)

On 4th September, 2015 at about 12:45pm, Police detectives in the course of executing a Search Warrant in the house and premises of one Barrister Prince Imoh ‘m’ aged 45yrs of No 13 Ohrerhe Street, Agbarho.Police detectives recovered one cut-to-size locally-made double barrel short gun which his younger brother, one Felix Imoh ‘m’ aged 30yrs of the same address concealed under his shirt while trying to take same out of the premises upon Police arrival. Suspects arrested and illegal gun recovered.

The Olu of Warri has Died

His Majesty Ogiame Atuwatse II commiserated the 28th anniversary on the throne in 2015 and also celebrated the wedding of his first son earlier in the year.
According to news reports, he passed away after a brief illness.
He is survived by his wife and children.

The Police in Delta have arrested a male undergraduate of Delta State University, Abraka for allegedly given a female student cake laced with Indian hemp.Police spokesperson, DSP Celestina Kalu said in a statement issued to newsmen on Friday in Asaba, that after eating the cake, the victim started behaving abnormally and was admitted to hospital for treatment.
