POLICE RECOVERED ILLEGAL WEAPON FROM LAWYER, SUSPECTS ARRESTED (DELTA STATE)
On 4th September, 2015 at about 12:45pm, Police detectives in the course of executing a Search Warrant in the house and premises of one Barrister Prince Imoh ‘m’ aged 45yrs of No 13 Ohrerhe Street, Agbarho.Police detectives recovered one cut-to-size locally-made double barrel short gun which his younger brother, one Felix Imoh ‘m’ aged 30yrs of the same address concealed under his shirt while trying to take same out of the premises upon Police arrival. Suspects arrested and illegal gun recovered.

On 4th September, 2015 at about 08:00am, Police received a distress call that a gang of armed robbers were operating at Urhobo College One-Way Warri. Police Patrol team were immediately dispatched to the scene where a shootout ensued between the Police and the hoodlums.
One of the robbery suspects (a male) was fatally injured while the three other suspects fled the scene after sustaining bullet injuries. One cut-to-size gun and a live cartridge was recovered from the deceased suspect. All victims were safely rescued, corpse of suspect was removed and deposited at Central Hospital, Warri mortuary for autopsy. Efforts are being intensified to apprehend the fleeing robbery suspects.
