37yrs Lebanese Man arrested for Sexual assult of 13yrs old girl in Benin city

On 17th September, 2015 Police received a report that one Marwan Callas 'm' 37years, a Lebanese national and staff of Hitech Construction Company, Benin City allegedly had unlawful carnal knowledge of a 13yrs-old girl (name withheld).

A nurse has been charged with the manslaughter of a 10-year-old girl.

Phoebe Willis, who had a rare genetic condition, died in hospital in August 2012.
