Nurse charged with manslaughter of 10-year-old girl

.A nurse has been charged with the manslaughter of a 10-year-old girl.

Phoebe Willis, who had a rare genetic condition, died in hospital in August 2012.

An inquest into her death heard a feeding tube, which she had been fed from since she was a baby, may have been inserted wrong.
Carrie-Anne Nash, 33, from North Somerset, has been charged with the offence on the grounds of gross negligence, police said.
She is due to appear before North Avon Magistrates' Court on November 3.
