A Nigerian has created two new online applications which he believes will compete with other existing popular applications.
Emmanuel Gabriel has created the open binnacle which he says is a combination of article intelligence and the social media.
He has also created the gleeOn which is a video streaming online payment gateway portal.
Emmanuel believes these new applications will go along way in improving the job of journalists,businesses, advertising and health standards of
