1.Milk and Honey
To get smooth, nourished and even skin tone, add powdered milk & honey in ur bath water
Add Two tbsp. of powdered milk and 1 tbsp. of honey into the water and let it soak for around 10 minutes and then take bath with this water. The lactic acid in milk will make your skin baby-soft and will also improve complexion. While honey will keep the skin hydrated and supple.
2.Ginger
Ginger is anti-bacterial and thus it is very beneficial when added to bath. You simply need to add one tbsp. of freshly chopped ginger into the bath water.
This ginger bath will sweat out all the toxins out by
making u sweat a lot. It will also enhance the blood circulation and will reduce joint pains. But make sure you drink lot of water after your bath because it will make you sweat.
3.Olive Oil
Fed up of your dry skin? Don’t fret, simply mix one tbsp. of olive oil in your bath water. This olive oil bath will make your hands, feet, legs and whole body silky smooth and hydrated instantly that you’ll not feel the need to apply moisturizer. It will also take care of dry cracked feet and you will not experience flaky skin after using it.
4.Green Tea
Out of many herbal baths, green tea is considered to be the best because it’s famous for its antioxidant and detoxification properties. You just need to put some (2 or 3 ) green tea bags in hot water and let them steep for sometimes before taking bath. The green tea bath will relieve body pains, soothes sore muscles, eliminates toxins out and will also make your skin smooth.
5.Epsom Salt
Epsom salt can give your body many benefits when soaked in a tub of hot water. Add 1 or 2 cups in a bucket of water making sure it completely dissolves. This salt bath wil flush out toxins from ur body, relieve stress & constipation & wil make ur muscles works properly witout hardening of arteries. Epsom salt has high amount of magnesium & sulphur which are easily absorbed by the skin.
