Premier League joint leaders Leicester City have completed the signing of Daniel Amartey from Copenhagen.
The 21-year-old has signed in a £5m deal from the Danish club on a four-and-a-half year deal.
The Ghana international becomes Claudio Ranieri's second capture of the transfer window after the acquisition of Demarai Gray from Birmingham City.
Amartey, who has won six caps for the senior side after making his debut against Senegal in 2015, plays as a central-midfielder and can also cover at right-back.
Speaking to the club's website Amartey said: 'It's a great pleasure to join Leicester City. I know the club have been interested in signing me for some time and that was a big part of my decision to come here.
'All over Europe, people are talking about Leicester City and how well the Club is doing in the Premier League. The team plays exciting, attacking football and I'm looking forward to being part of it.'
