Obasanjo, Two Emirs, 10,652 Others Graduate From NOUN


Former President of Nigeria, Olusegun Obasanjo alongside a grandmother, a 70-year old, two Emirs and other 10,652 students graduated from the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) today.

Obasanjo was awarded Masters Degree (MA) in Christian Theology by the authorities of the school, graduating with 4.25 Cumulative Grade Points Average (CGPA) at Abeokuta Study Centre of the University.

A total number of 10,652 other students of the 
university were also graduated on Saturday at 
its 5th Convocation ceremony held at its 
permanent site, Abuja, where 15 students 
graduated with First Class honours.
