Pop star Justin Bieber has paid tribute to his friend and colleague Thomas Ayad, who was among the 129 killed in Friday's terror attacks in Paris.
A Mercury Music Group producer manager, the 32-year-old died at the Bataclan theatre along with two of his colleagues, after gunmen stormed the Eagles of Death Metal concert and began spraying bullets, before detonating bombs.
In a message posted to both Facebook and Twitter, the Canadian singer said he was still thinking about his friend, and urged his fans to "appreciate people while you have them."
His message read:
It follows Justin's concert in Los Angeles shortly after the attack where he burst into tears, tweeting later: "My love prayers and thoughts are with the families of this horrible tragedy. #prayforparis".
He also paid tribute to the victims killed as part of his acceptance speech as he was honoured with the unaugural HALO Hall of Fame Award in New York.
He told the crowd: "There’s been some sad things happening in the world right now, and I think that we should all honour that and just take one moment of silence for that, if you guys could."
Other stars have also paid tribute to the executive.
Imelda May posted a message to Facebook voicing her grief.
