Delta lawmaker’s father installed oldest man

Pa Julius Orumere, father of the Minority Whip, Delta State House of Assembly, Chief Peter Uviejitobor, has been installed as the oldest man of Ekreseha quarters, Okpako Uduwun Ekreseha, in Orhuwhorhun Community, Udu Local Government Area of the state.

Speaking at the event, Pa Orumere expressed joy on his installation as the oldest man of the quarters, assuring that he will discharge his duties according to the provisions of his position.
Also speaking, the Minority Whip said his father’s present position was a right step in the right direction, praying that God who has brought him this far will keep him for more years.
He thanked elders, women and youths of Ekreseha quarters, as well as Chief and Mrs Blessed Egbetamah, Chief and Mrs Bright Gbada, Chief Eddy Ono-sorhue and others for their support and finding time to attend the ceremony.
