Nigerian man becomes the first African to qualify for 7 Olympics

Segun Toriola, 41, a table tennis player, shot himself into the record books by picking a ticket to represent Nigeria at this year’s Olympic Games in Rio, Brazil, which would make him the first African to play in 7 Olympic Games in any sport. 

This has also joined the exclusive “7 Club,” the elite group of players who have played at 7 Olympic Games
