The Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, was early this morning crowned in a secret traditional ceremony.The monarch will enter the palace and be received by palace chiefs.
An informed source said he would meet the press at 10 am at the palace.The source said Ogunwusi was crowned traditionally in a confidential ceremony between 3am and 5am.According to him, there was nothing like coronation in the Ife tradition.
