Apple users are reporting issues with downloading the new iOS 9 update for their iPads and iPhones.
Users were told "an error occurred downloading iOS 9" as they tried to install the latest software.
Apple has so far not commented on the issue.
Developers behind the new iOS 9 have promised a smart Siri as well as solutions to persistent bugs that have plagued users.
The much-anticipated release of the new iPhone 6S, iPhone 6S Plus, iPad Pro and new Apple TV comes later this month.
