– APPLE INC.
The iPhone 6 Plus is the company's most advanced smartphone selling at over £800. The issues do not affect the front camera used for "selfies.
The issue is affecting Apple devices sold all over of the world, but the company say the problem cannot be fixed by third party providers and urges people to contact them directly.
They have said they will replace the phone's back camera free of charge if it takes blurry photos and falls into a particular serial number range.
Customers can check if they are eligible by entering their serial number on Apple's website. Serial numbers can be found in the 'About' section in the iPhone settings section.
