College of Education Agbor to get first on-campus hostel

 Heritage Plus, an Abuja-based organisation, has said that it was set to construct the first on-campus hostel in Delta State College of Education, Ika, Delta State, in a bid to correct the anomaly of students staying off campus which exposes them to moral decadence.

Managing Director of the organisation, Mr. Robinson Uhrorho, in a statement, yesterday, said that the foundation laying ceremony will hold in February in the school’s premises.

The proposed hostel which, according to Uhrorho, is to help the growth of education in Delta State, is to be named after Pa Authur Okowa, an educationist and father of Delta State governor, Sen. Ifeanyi Okowa.
