Delta State Governor Ifeanyi Okowa has inaugurated Boards of Government Agencies and the Delta State Sports Commission.
At the ceremony held at the Unity Hall Asaba, Governor Okowa said appointment of people into boards and commissions would ensure decisive implementation of policies to ensure quick delivery of his agenda.
Responding on behalf of the appointed board members, Dr. Chris Oghenechovwen, thanked Governor Okowa for giving them the opportunity to serve the state in their respective boards and commission, pledging that they would carry out their functions diligently.
They also assured citizens of the state, diligence and hard work in handling the affairs of the state.
