Leicester city scout joins Arsenal

Leicester City's head of technical scouting Ben Wrigglesworth has joined Arsenal as as a first team video scout

Wrigglesworth, who worked under head of recruitment and assistant manager Steve Walsh, confirmed the move over social media on Sunday, wishing the Premier League leaders the best for the future.
The move comes 12 months after Rob Mackenzie, the previous head of technical scouting at the King Power Stadium, joined Tottenham as head of player identification.
Wrigglesworth said on Twitter: "After three-and-a-half unbelievable seasons, working with amazing people, I am now starting a new chapter.
Wrigglesworth was previously a first team performance analyst intern at Notts County, before moving to Leicester in 2012 to become a technical scout intern, and then technical scout.
Leicester's recruitment in the past three seasons has helped them gain promotion from the Championship under Nigel Pearson in 2014, survive in the Premier League last season and top the table by five points at present with 13 games remaining.
The signings of Riyad Mahrez for £400k from Le Havre, Jamie Vardy for £1m from Fleetwood Town and N'Golo Kante for £5.6m from Caen have been particular highlights.
