Ramires has arrived in China to begin life as a player for Jiangsu Suning and was greeted with flowers by supporters at Nanjing Lukou airport.
The Brazil midfielder has already played and scored for his new team in a friendly against Russian side Anzhi Makhachkala and is now gearing up for life in the Chinese Super League.
His arrival, and fast start to life as Jiangsu player, has evidently ignited excitement around the club's fanbase, judging by the scene that has met him.
Ramires completed his move to China in January, leaving Chelsea for £25million after five-and-a-half years at Stamford Bridge.
The midfielder made 246 appearances for the Blues and scored 37 times after joining from Benfica in 2010.
He has also made 52 appearances on the international stage with Brazil.
