Former Chelsea star Malouda joins Egyptian side Wadi Degla

Former Chelsea midfielder Florent Malouda has completed his move to Egyptian side Wadi Degla.
The 35-year-old, who was part of Chelsea’s Champions League-winning side in 2012, has moved from the Indian Super League where he was playing for Delhi Dynamos, who are managed by Roberto Carlos.
Malouda spent six years at Chelsea where he won the Premier League title and three FA Cup trophies. He was also Chelsea’s top scorer in the Premier League in the 2010-11 season.
Wadi Degla are 13th in the 17-team league in Egypt, although they recently appointed Patrice Carteron as their new manager. The 45-year-old guided TP Mazembe to the CAF Champions League in 2015.
