A 15-year-old has been charged with plotting a terror attack on a government building in Sydney.
The boy and a 20-year-old man were arrested in early morning raids in the Australian city on Thursday.
Police say the pair were preparing an attack on a government building - possibly the headquarters of the Australian Federal Police - with civilians also believed to be among their targets.
Three other people, who have already been jailed on terror charges, are expected to be charged with the same offence.
