The Lagos State Government says it is set to host the first edition of ‘One Lagos Fiesta’ to further the tradition of the new year crossover celebration.
Mr Folarin Coker, Commissioner for Tourism, Arts and Culture, said this at a news conference to unveil the ‘One Lagos Fiesta’ scheduled to hold in Lagos between Dec. 27 and Jan.1, 2016.

Coker said that the festival-like event would happen simultaneously in five locations in the three senatorial districts of the state.
He said the locations include Agege Stadium, Badagry Stadium, Ikorodu Town gHall,Bar beach,Lagos and Epe Youth centre in Epe.
“The ‘One Lagos Fiesta’ is a 5-day celebration of entertainment with lights, fun, food, drink, comedy, dance and theatre, with a strong infusion of the culture of each location,” he said.
