Arsenal and Chelsea have been charged with failing to control their players in Sunday's fiery Premier League match, while Blues striker Diego Costa has been charged with violent conduct, the FA said.
Gunners defender Gabriel - who was sent off after a clash with the Spain forward - has also been charged with improper conduct for his behaviour after being sent off.
Costa's charge relates to an incident with Arsenal's Laurent Koscielny, which was caught on camera.
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger said after the game that Costa should have been sent off for grappling with his the defender, but the incident was not spotted by referee Mike Dean.
