Facebook has launched a new 360-degree video feature - allowing users to interact with footage by dragging the screen.
To change the angle at which they are viewing the video, desktop users can drag around the video with their cursor, while those on mobile devices can use their fingers or turn their device.
The new feature will be piloted by a high-profile range of publishers, people and brands, including Discovery, Saturday Night Live and Le Bron James.
Another is Star Wars - and the social network shared an example video from the film's Facebook page.
Normal members of the public are unlikely to be able to have a go at filming 360 videos for quite a while - doing so requires numerous cameras to capture the entire 360 degrees of a scene at once.
However, Facebook is hopeful that may change at some point.
The company says the new feature will be available on the web or Google's Android "soon", and rolled out on Apple's iOS "in the coming months".
