Three men who allegedly burgled into a shop and stole goods worth N1.3 million were on Thursday charged before an Ikeja Magistrates’ Court.
The accused are: Oluwasegun Ajao, 30, Seyi Oluwaranti ,22, an apprentice and Babajide Ogunwale, 19, a plumber.
Ajao, a trader lives at No.6, Fajinmi St., while Oluwaranti, an apprentice also lives at 8, Oyewole St., both in Iyana-Ipaja, a suburb of Lagos State.
The third accused: Ogunwale is a plumber who lives at 4, Medu St., Mowe in Ogun.
The trio are facing a three-count charge of conspiracy, burglary and stealing.
The prosecutor, Insp. Clifford Ogu, told the court that the accused committed the offences on Nov. 29 at 191, Abeokuta Expressway, Iyana-Ipaja, Lagos State.
