World's fattest man Andres Moreno dies of a heart attack on Christmas Day

THE world's fattest man has died after suffering a heart attack on Christmas morning.
Tragic Andres Moreno, who once weighed a staggering 70 STONE, had recently shed 19 stone to undergo a stomach by-pass in October.
At the start of November footballer Cristiano Ronaldo sent him a signed Real Madrid shirt to inspire him to continue losing weight.
However Andres' weight loss journey was cut short because of the fatal heart attack yesterday morning.
The bed-bound Mexican was in an ambulance on his way to hospital when he died at roughly 8:30am.
Andres was just 38-years-old and news of his death was revealed by relatives on his Facebook page.
He weighed 46.5 stone when he died and was on his way to hospital after he we was found struggling for breath.
His surgery in October was intended to help him slim down to 12 and a half stone, and Andres had spoken of his wish to find a girlfriend and start a family.
